Right Panel Commands on the S3 // Risk Tab

Use these commands to select the right panel view.

If you select Risk Register in the Views > Left Panel, then the only commands available in this menu are Risk Comparison and Activities.

Field	Description
None	When you select this option, then the view you selected in the Left Panel menu displays in the entire Acumen window.
Gantt Chart	Click this command to view the project schedule in Gantt chart format. This command does not display when you select Risk Register from the Views > Left Panel menu.
Uncertainty Inputs	Click this command to view the breakdown of uncertainty inputs. This command does not display when you select Risk Register from the Views > Left Panel menu.
Risk Exposure	Click this command to view and evaluate risk exposure in a histogram. This command does not display when you select Risk Register from the Views > Left Panel menu.
Risk Exposure Comparison	Use the Risk Exposure view to add multiple risk exposure scenarios to the risk comparison then click this command to compare those results using a tornado chart.
Risk Drivers	Click this command to view cost and schedule risk drivers in a tornado chart. Use the Risk Drivers > Configuration menu to customize the chart, including setting bar mode and detail levels and adding vertical scrolling. This command does not display when you select Risk Register from the Views > Left Panel menu.
Risk Driver Comparison	Use the Risk Drivers view to add the current result set to the risk driver comparison, then click this command to compare those result sets in a single chart.
Risk Sensitivity	Click this command to view relationship and joint confidence level (JCL) between activities and/or costs in a scatter chart. This command does not display when you select Risk Register from the Views > Left Panel menu.
Critical Schedule Drivers	Click this command to view critical paths and near-critical paths that become critical due to risk. This command does not display when you select Risk Register from the Views > Left Panel menu.
Risk Register	Click this command to create and maintain project risks and integrate them into cost/schedule model. The Details form for the Risk Register are found here.
Activities	Click this command to view the project schedule and set duration uncertainties. This command only displays when you select Risk Register from the Views > Left Panel menu.
Mitigation Analysis	After you have created risk mitigation steps and assigned risks to activities, select this option to run risk analysis with mitigation for the selected risk event to compare mitigation steps. Acumen runs the analysis using each mitigation step then displays a Mitigation Steps chart that shows you how the mitigation affects the schedule.
	For example, if the selected risk has four mitigation steps, Acumen runs the analysis with no mitigation, then runs the analysis using mitigation step 1, then steps 1 and 2, then steps 1 through 3, then steps 1 through 4. This command only displays when you select Risk Register from the Views > Left Panel menu.
